What audacity!

It took forever to get the A/C system in working order; the inside temp was a stifling 77! 4 days when it was not working and only 2 when it did. Ceiling leaks happen BUT the time it took to get it fixed was inexcusable and the wet towels and buckets were just left there for us to clean up. Charged for a maintenance fee, etc.: maintenance and communication was beyond slow. Emailed/called everyone I could to get some immediate help; good luck with that. Will never stay there again.
