About this property

Enjoy a private bedroom, with big windows full of natural light, with enough space to do home office or workout.
The apartment is newly remodeled and you will share common areas (kitchen, dining room) with the other 2 guests and myself. You have a private bathroom just in front of the bedroom.
Excellent location where you can find in walking distance the public transportation stops of Metrobus and the Subway.
You can walk safely around the neighborhood and find a lot of restaurants, shops and markets.
In the mornings of labor days from 8 to 10 a.m. there is noise because of the traffic jam in the street in front of the building.
The building and my apartment have surveillance cameras in common areas for all persons safety.
