LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION!! MammothSkiInSkiOut offers this incredible 2 bedroom Slope Side Vacation Rental at Canyon Lodge. This location is the closest you can get to Canyon Lodge, the Canyon Express chairlift, Chair 8, and the Mammoth Ski School meeting spot. During the warmer months, the property offers direct access to Mammoth Mountain for hiking and biking.

Located in the Sierra Megeve Condominium Complex, this property is located in the building closest to the slopes. All you need to do is grab your skis, cross the street and ski down to Canyon Lodge, Chair 8, the Canyon Express lift, or the ski school meeting spot.

Enjoy stunning views of the slopes from the window seat all year round. The living room window looks out on the Canyon Express ski run and chair lift, so you can watch members of your family coming down the mountain on their way home for lunch!!

MammothSkiInSkiOut offers this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a new king size bed in the master bedroom, new mattresses on our queen/queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The spacious condo includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area that seats up to 12, and a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, upgraded sound system, Blu-ray DVD player with internet connection, wood-burning fireplace, and sofa with queen size pull-out bed.

Recently renovated, this Mammoth condo has brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper plush mattresses on all beds and a Jacuzzi tub for soothing weary muscles after a busy day on the slopes.

MammothSkiInSkiOut offers free internet access and a printer/scanner for your use.

There is also a deck off the living room from which you can watch the village gondola go by. After a full day of skiing, take the village gondola from right outside our door downtown for shopping, dining and other après ski activities. During the warmer months we have an electric grill out there to make dinner a breeze!

MammothSkiInSkiOut has underground parking for two vehicles. There is also a pool, outdoor spa, and laundry room.

Great Location

Great location directly across from Canyon Lodge. Super clean, easy check-in and plenty of space for our family plus grandparents to spread out. Kitchen essentials have been added. We had a wonderful stay!

Ski trip

Very clean and was about as easy as it gets to get to Canyon Lodge chair lifts. The owner was very responsive and condo was comfortable. I would definitely choose this location again.

Great Stay at Canyon

The property was directly across from Canyon; the location is super convenient. The condo was large enough to accommodate my friends with space to spare. The communication was fast and seamless. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location

This condo is as close as you can get to being on the ski trails without actually being on the trails. From the front-door of the condo, you walk about fifteen feet to the door of the building, down a few stairs, across a small street, and up over a snow bank. From there you can ski down to the lift. Having lodgings this close to the mountain makes it easy to run home quickly to change, grab lunch, or take a break. You can bundle up in the morning while its still cold, and then swing by the condo to take off some layers for the warmth of the afternoon. Very convenient! You can also easily get to the Village Gondola, which terminates near Cannon Lodge. During the day and early evening while the gondola is running, this is an easy and scenic way to get to the Village without having to drive and park. Having covered parking in the building was also a nice amenity, as it meant that we did not have to worry about our vehicle during the frequent visits by the plow going up and down the street. On the morning of our checkout, we simply threw our stuff in our car and drove out. As we did we saw folks digging their cars out of heavy snow all the way through town.

Best location in Mammoth!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. You cannot find a better location that is ski in / ski out. Just walk across the street to canyon lodge and the lifts! Had everything we needed and great views too.

We purchased this home because we love coming to Mammoth as a family. Our kids love the flexibility of being able to ski home when they want to, and the location makes it easy to ski in, take a short break, and then come back out and join up with the rest of the group. I love being able to ski in early, put up a big pot of soup, and have lunch ready when everybody else comes back. I especially love sitting in the window seat with my hot tea and watching the skiers coming down the mountain.

We purchased this condo because of its unparalleled location. We love the easy access to the mountain and the beautiful views.

What makes this property unique

After a hard day of skiing, we love being able to spend some quality family time watching a movie on one of the new flat screen TV's. We also enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner.
