You'll also find memorable river rafting on the Upper Colorado at Pumphouse Recreation Area, a lovely day trip to the west.

Greet each morning by sliding open the double doors, taking in the majestic view, and sipping a morning coffee on the covered deck. Back inside, you'll find an open living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV, a farm-style dining table, and a sleek and polished kitchen. Enjoy new stainless steel appliances (including a five-burner gas stove), an island with bar seats for three, as well as a gas grill outside on the deck.

One of the special features of this home is its family-friendliness, offering such bonus amenities as a Pack 'N Play, a booster seat, kids' dishes, a wagon for walks to the grocery store (just half a mile away), a hiking backpack, white noise machines in the bedrooms, a selection of toys, three TVs, and a Super Nintendo system. When it's time to turn in each evenings, you'll find two bedroom suites upstairs - both with private bathrooms and dual sinks, and one with a great home workspace with a monitor - and two bunk rooms downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
