This property was just renovated, first-floor unit with a vinyl floor, open floor plan. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded. The whole community was recently re-plumbed.

Nice spacious master bedroom and two Guest Bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Just a few minutes from Walmart, restaurants, shopping, and theme parks.

Property has a very modern look which adults and children will definitely love.

Our common areas offer a nice bike trail that connects that a beautiful lake where you can enjoy a wonderful day with your loved ones either canoeing or biking; very inexpensive activity that will make your Vacations in Orlando definitely uniquely special.

Club House offers hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna and gym to make sure you have other entertainments inside de community.

Great location!

This apartment was very close to each Disney park (about a 15 minute drive to each). The apartment was very cozy and nice. The owner left amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and hair dryers. There were plenty of towels and blankets for our group of 4 adults. The dryer did take two cycles to dry clothes, but it didn’t really impair our experience and this is fixable. The smaller adult bed was not comfortable, but this is also fixable. There was also a big window with light shining into that bedroom all night. It needs curtains. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and we would book here again.

Enjoyed our family vacation!

The property was clean and fit our family of fine great. The only negative thing we found was the pool was not heated. It was in the mid eighties every day we were there, but the pool was too cold to swim in.

Dallys is the relator/owner (we never actually figured that one out) we delt with...returns txt and emails Immediately, picks up the phone if you call...just an overall pleasure to deal with. Her name and number are stored in my cell for our next trip to Disney.

Beautiful Getaway Close to Disney

The property was looked brand new. Everything looked great. It was in a great location to get to Disney World. It had plenty of space for my family. We really enjoyed our time there.
