Holiday house for 11 guests with 140m² in Waldshut-Tiengen (119542)

With our in 2019 completely renovated holiday home we want to prepare you an unforgettable holiday. The house has 140m2 on two floors 5 separate bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests + 1 baby bed. On request, a cot (9 €) can be provided additionally. The fully equipped kitchen (with cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, Nespresso machine, kettle and enough crockery) and separate dining room invites you to enjoyable moments! Let the evenings end in the cozy living room. The house has 2 toilets and a shower.

Each bedroom is equipped with a boxspring bed (with hygiene cover), wardrobe and an armchair with side table. Bed linen and towels are available for free. On the 1500 m2 property, we also offer the opportunity to relax with your family and friends or to relax with a book. Seating, a large ball grill we have provided. The children will also have enough play area and can let off steam. A garden hut with a porch is also at your disposal. There is a free car park for your car. For motorcycles or bicycles can be parked for free in the barn.

Breitenfeld is known for its horse husbandry. If you are a horse lover, you will fall in love with the village! The nature lovers are not too short here! The fields and meadows become with your enchanting view (with ideal weather even with Alpenblick!) to prepare unforgettable moments.

Due to the optimal location of the property you can reach many of the nearby destinations by car (Schluchsee, Titisee, Rothaus, thermal baths, Zurich, Rhine Falls Schaffhausen, Europapark, Basel, Lake Constance and many destinations in the Black Forest). The house is quietly located on the edge of Waldshut-Tiengen, but you can reach the center after 3 km where you will find everything you want.
For young and old, there is something for everyone ...
The house is about 10km from the Swiss border.
