Runner's Roost is a cozy, dog-friendly mountain cabin with many amenities in the woods of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. Runner's Roost is located about 15-20 minutes from all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) & will accommodate as many as 6 people. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

The Space:
This 2-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for small families, couples, and small groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the back porches and grilling, cozying up next to the indoor or outdoor fireplace or firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying the beautifully decorated floor plan, the mountain woods offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!

The cabin features an open living room with tons of windows for natural lighting, highlighting the nature setting. There is a gas fireplace, pullout sofa, and Smart TV (with satellite) making meal times extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The back porch has a gas grill that is connected to the main gas line, outdoor seating, brand new hot tub, and a wood fireplace with a Smart TV (and satellite tv). Enjoy smores and stories around the fire pit in the backyard! Firewood is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through the management company.

The dining room table seats 4 with a couple extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, cutting boards, electric stove, Sboly Single Serve Coffee Maker Brewer for K-Cup Pod & Ground Coffee, Mr Coffee 12 cup brew pot, blender, wine opener, kitchen knives, salt and pepper, oil, pots and pans, cooking and mixing utensils, air fryer, toaster, kettle, mixing bowls, dishes and silverware, can opener, measuring utensils, peeler, pizza cutter, grater, strainer, crockpot, baking sheets, and bbq tools.

There are two bedrooms in this cabin. The first features a King bed with Smart TV (and satellite) and an attached bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with Smart TV (and satellite) and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. This bathroom also connects to the laundry room that has a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies for guests use.

The kitchen pantry has tons of games for you to play during your stay including: Yahtzee, Scrabble, Battleship, Connect 4, Candy land, Sorry, Backgammon, Jenga, Pachisi, Dominoes, Uno, Monopoly deal, and cards

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Construction of a detached garage is currently underway on the lot from Monday to Thursday.

Minimum rental age to book this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
The driveway can fit 2-3 cars. Driveway is not suitable for RV's, boats, or large trailers. Cabin can be reached without 4WD.

2 Dogs maximum allowed. $75 fee per dog. Dogs must be house trained, kept off furniture, cleaned up after in the yard, and not left unattended at the cabin.
No smoking allowed.
