Stroll down Main Street where you can find great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bike rentals, and artisanal shops. Norman E. Klipp beach is a 15-minute walk or a short bike ride.

This spacious newly furnished 2,000 sq. ft. home is perfectly situated in the heart of Greenport. The large living room is fitted with an oversized sectional with a 55-inch tv and many apps. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; a roomy master suite that includes a king-sized bed, tv with apps, and a master bath along with two large junior suites each with queen beds. The first-floor bedroom/ office has a pullout couch which offers another queen-size bed, and a desk for working. The full kitchen has an eat-in counter overlooking the dining room with seating for 10. All rooms include top-down cellular shades for optimal privacy and light control, with central air throughout the home controlled by Nest. Off the kitchen and through the large sliding doors you'll find a newly built deck with built-in seating and a new Weber grill looking onto a large grassy, fenced-in yard perfect for games and sunbathing. There is a two-week minimum stay as per Greenport ordinance.
