Floating dock/ Kayaks/ Paddle Board- Lots of Space
House is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, television and desk (with monitor). Master bathroom is very spacious with plenty of room and shower.
Spare bedroom has set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin size bed. There is also a television.
Living area has plenty of room for entertaining and hanging out. It features a 6 person table perfect for dinner or game night.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils.
Washer and dryer also available for use.
The back deck has a sitting area and patio table, perfect for meals outside enjoying the beautiful river view.
The dock is huge and boost an open area that is great for fishing. Our family has had great luck catching fish at dusk!
Coffee on the back porch watching the wild life in the morning is one of my favorite things to do!

The area is perfect for a weekend getaway, solo trip, family trip, friends trip, or any occasion.
Rainbow river is located about15 minutes away.
Red's restaurant is at the corner and perfect for a nice breakfast.
Stumpknockers is located just around the corner and serves lunch, dinner and drinks. They have a great outdoor area.
Blue Gator is about 20 minutes away and serves some awesome Gator Tail! Bigtub in the master does not work!!

Hi! We are a small family that loves doing little projects so bought this River House to fix up and spend time at it. During the fix process, we were introduced to the idea of sharing the house with others and here we are!

This house is our home away from home and will have everything that you need. We spend multiple days a month here making sure everything works properly and it is stocked with essentials to make your vacation better! You will enjoy the beautiful, open back yard and newly built floating dock! Deer, flamingos, hawks, and alligators can all be spotted from the back lanai at different times!
What makes this property unique
Huge dock over the water that is perfect for fishing! We also just added a floating dock that makes getting on the water a little bit easier. The floating dock is also perfect to just sit and relax on!
