Private Room near Downtown Hartford

Private Room available. Queen bed, 32" tv, desk, refrigerator, and microwave in room. Shared bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer.

Property located near restaurants. Very walkable to Colt Park, C-Town supermarket, and entertainment on Franklin and Weathersfield Avenues.

For $40 a night, you get a small bedroom but everything you need is close at hand. Bed, desk, compact fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is ac in room and a mounted TV. My room that I share with my dog is at the opposite end of the hallway. It's far enough away for privacy.

The full bath is shared between myself and the renter and is right outside of the rental space. You are welcomed to use the kitchen as well. My ask is that it is cleaned immediately after use so that it stays in a ready for use state.

Please be a dog lover as my AmStaff is super friendly and will want to say hi each day when he arrives home.

My home is in the South End of Hartford. lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Discount businesses like Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and the Family Dollar are minutes away. The closest supermarket (C-Town bodega) is a quick 2-3 blocks away. Colt Park is two blocks away. It is great on the weekends for watching local baseball leagues and soccer teams. walking on the trail, or using the public pool.

My townhome is in an area that is undergoing revitalization but it is not there yet. It is across the street from Buckley H.S. This area of the city houses 85% renters and is working class. There is also presence of stray cats and rodents in the neighborhood. I protect my home with regular professional pest control treatment and locally placed traps for mice that have ventured inside. It is an on-going process.
