About this property

The 3-room apartment on the 3rd Floor of an apartment complex is very close to the sea. From the balcony you have a wonderful view; the sunset is an experience! The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living / dining area. The bathroom (shower / toilet) has a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Capsule coffee. A small grill for the balcony is also available.

Update: Sun protection is now appropriate; an air cooler was also purchased.

Had great time

Great View , very clean , perfect situated at the end of the bay , nice restaurants nearby , a wonderful island and the deep blue sea with great beaches. What else do you need ?

Ruhige, friedliche Tage in Sitia mit toller Aussicht

Sehr erholsam und entspannt. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so schön, aber das kann man ja nicht beeinflussen!

Im grossen Ganzen okay

Wir hatten insofern Pech, als nach vier Tagen unseres Aufenthalts, grosse Unwetter in Sitia niedergingen und deshalb die Wasserversorgung ausfiel. Wir sind daraufhin abgereist und haben in einer anderen Region die restlichen Ferien verbracht. Was uns erstaunt hat ist, dass keine Reinigung während dem Aufenthalt stattfindet. Ebenfalls unglücklich verlief die Uebergabe des Objektes, wir wurden kurzfristig (am Morgen des Anreisetags) informiert, dass die Wohnung verspätet zur Uebernahme bereit sei. Ansonsten hat uns die Wohnung gefallen, Ausrüstung und Einrichtung sind bestens.

Alles perfekt.

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ist so wunderbar. Der kurze Weg in die Stadt ist kein Problem. Alles so wie im Internet beschrieben und die Bilder täuschen nicht. Alles perfekt.

Un bel endroit pour visiter la région

La location est très confortable, au 3ieme et dernier étage avec une terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la mer et Sitia. On rentre directement dans la pièce centrale pourvue d'une climatisation performante avec salon et cuisine. Il y a un petit couloir qui dessert une chambre avec vue sur la mer, la salle de bain avec lave linge et l'autre grande chambre. Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaire. Sitia, petite ville avec de bons restaus, est à 15 minutes à pied en longeant la mer. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous garer devant l'appartement. La région est magnifique et nettement moins touristique que le reste de la crête. N'hésitez pas pas y aller
