The detached holiday home Chiara with large garden is located in Santa Magherita di Pula in the south of Sardinia, between Pula and Chia, only 300 m from a long sandy beach, which is easy to reach on foot (even with small children).
The comfortably furnished house Chiara offers on two levels a total of 5 bedrooms for 9 persons and 3 bathrooms with shower. On request, it is possible to add two cots (with high chair) for children less than 2 years. This makes it suitable for 2 families or a group of friends.
The fenced garden features shaddy pine trees, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and 2 parking places. The garden is also nice for children to play. The house has two equipped verandas: a smaller one on the front-side and a larger one the rear- side.
On the ground floor, Casa Chiara has a bright living room with dining area, and comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the open fireplace, a spacious kitchen with table and chairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The first floor is reachable only by an external and covered staircase. This level comprises 4 other bedrooms (two rooms with double bed, one with twin beds and the last one with a Queen-Size bed (width 1.60m) and 2 additional bathrooms with shower.
The external staircase gives also access to the roof terrace where you can take undisturbed sunbaths.

Surroundings
Santa Margherita di Pula is a known sea resort in south Sardinia with a lot of vacation rentals and offers a long and child-friendly sandy beach.
Nearby there is also a small supermarket for daily shopping. Further shopping facilities and services are available in Chia and Pula. Especially Pula is worth a visit: it has a charming center and offers supermarkets, various shops, ATM, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
We recoomend also to visit there the ruins of the ancient town of Nora.
