This was a wonderful place to escape the busyness of our normal lives and just relax and be outdoors. The creek along the side of the house was a constant thrilling adventure for our sons, and the river a short walk from the house gave us 3 days and countless hours of trout fishing.
The host was also extremely kind and concerned when we had an issue at check in. The issue was quickly resolved and we had a wonderful stay. We plan to come stay again next summer. Our 9 yr old son said “we HAVE to stay here again next year!”
Disconnect and reconnect.....sums it up perfectly. The host (Brittany) is amazing and responded to anything I had to say or ask. The pictures are spot on. After the sudden loss of my dad I really wanted to get away and escape reality...I wanted my children 8 and 3 to play outside and away from electronics. This property is a great little neighborhood, nice house, big yard and the creek was wonderful. We stayed 4 days and honestly it was 4 days in heaven. My kids didn't even want electronics. They didn't want to be inside. They swam in the creek everyday, loved waving to the people on the trail cars that you can see from the yard. We had water fights, they climbed a tree, caught their first trout (husband too), played hide in seek, glow in the dark find as many glow bracelets (just a made up game) that they loved. Had 2 groundhogs, 2 rabbits, a cat, some deer and squirrels and birds everywhere. There's a fire pit and everything. Brittany is amazing and my family and I loved forward to coming back. Thank you Brittany for everything. Anyone looking for a disconnect and a reconnect THIS IS FOR YOU!!!
