You are a 10 minute walk to restaurants off of University Drive or a 15-20 minute walk to Texas Ave. Thomas Park is a 15 minute walk. There are wide sidewalks to enjoy a stroll in the neighborhood.
The home sleeps up to 11. There is a full kitchen, large open living space, and dining room table that seats 10. An additional breakfast table can seat up to 6. The back yard has deck, Weber propane grill, a swing set for kids, slide, and trampoline.
