Juniorsuite
Upscaled equipment, open chimney, a flatscreen tv, a light and spacious living/ bedroom which leads to the bathroom at the back of the room. Own terrace with sun-beads, a small table and chairs.

Our Juniorsuite with 56sm living space offers a nice and spacious living/bedroom. Which is light and comfortably furnished. The small kitchen which you find at the left side of the entrance offers standard equipment. At the end of the room there is a big bathroom with towels provided.

We offer a large community pool that is accessible to all guests.
Here you will find separate lounging and seating areas that provide plenty of relaxation.
The garden area of the finca is Mediterranean and traditionally landscaped with small details. Each unit has its own parking space.

The peculiarity of our Finca is that our accommodations are widely spread on the property.
So you can be undisturbed by others in your own area.
Furthermore we are Adults Only.

The accommodations are non smoking areas.
On the terrace and outdoor area it is of course permitted.

The FincaOase Can Negre offers not only a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north, but also of the monastery of Sant Salvador, located in Felanitx.
The village Son Macia is located about 1 km from the Finca. Here you can find a supermarket a pharmacy, a bakery, and also three restaurants.
We are an ideal starting point for all nature / hiking and sports enthusiasts. The direct forest edge location to the Finca Es Fangar offers joggers, hikers and walkers an ideal route. The nearby beaches such as Cala Murada, Portocolom, Cala sa Nau, Cala Romantik, Cala Varquez can be reached by car easily.
Only 6km away from our Finca you can find the towns of Manacor and Felanitx which offer many shopping and restaurant opportunities.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft auf einem traumhaft, mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegtem Grundstück incl Pool. Absolut empfehlenswert. Einzig störend war ein aus der Nachbarschaft bellender Hund nachts. Aber da lässt sich sicher Abhilfe schaffen.
