"The Cozy Black and White" is centrally located in the heart of Crystal City and just minutes away from downtown D.C. You'll experience the mild yet bold ambiance of luxury and comfort the "Cozy Black and White" renders. From room to room, you'll notice the thoughtful gestures and intimate details it has to offer. This posh space is a sea of modern comfort that meets opulence. A one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed centrally located in the heart of Crystal City. In addition, dedicated business/work space for traveling professionals and a large balcony to unwind and breathe fresh air. A plush comfortable deluxe queen-sized air mattress for additional guests. Full access to building business lounge, gym, pool, on-site convenience store, and one parking space. 24-hr direct communication via the app and phone communication when necessary. Shopping, grocery stores, and bars and restaurants within walking distance. One on-site parking pass for booked guests and metro access minutes from the apartment. - Swimming pool hours are 10 AM - 8 PM daily. The pool is open every day until the Fall season. It closes in Fall and re-opens again in the summer. The outdoor pools get open in the summer on Memorial Day and close for the season on Labor Day. - The Air conditioning will NOT BE ACTIVE until the 3rd week of May based on the County ordinance.

House rules :

1. Specific information may be required for legal and/or compliance and property security reasons within the communities that we host (i.e. email address, current phone number, government-issued photo identification prior to arrival, etc.)

2. No third-party reservations allowed. Only registered guests are allowed (minimum age 21 to book). Registered guests are persons actively listed on the reservation

3. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property.

4. Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm

5. Locals need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, and email

6. Guest can request early check-in or late checkout and we will confirm the possibility of early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and charges applied :
Early check-in fee : $50
Late checkout fee : $50 per hour

7. Fee for unreturned or Lost Key, FOB and Parking Pass :
Key - $100
Fob - $250
Parking Pass - $350
