Peaceful Stay

Cozy and quiet little retreat away from all the life stressors. Scenic short drive to the the ocean. We enjoyed spending the days at Bodega Bay and Goat Rock Beach. Bodega Bay Trailhead is a must hike. After adventuring we settled in to watch movies and had fun making smores next to the woodfire stove. The Kids and I love this place. We have stayed multiple times. Highly recommend!

Great Location but not well stocked

The location is great! It's walking distance to the river and a convenience store. It's also only a 10 minute drive to downtown Guerneville. The heater did not work, and when I reached out to the property management, I was only able to get in contact with a robot who was not very helpful. Thankfully the house was equipped with several electric space heaters and lots of blankets, so we were not cold. The kitchen was limited in supplies, but we were able to make due with what was there. Overall the house was clean and we had a nice stay.

Clean, pictures matched, and great location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was very clean which is always super important. The home is in a great accessible location to the highway. The only complaint would be noisy neighbors at night but this isn't something the owner/property manager can do anything about. And there was no coffee maker available. There is a Keurig but no pods and we didn't know to bring any. Everything else was great and we appreciate the cleanliness and ease of use.

Not a good stay

The kitchen had very limited utensils, only one bowl, the coffee maker uses a pod we couldn’t find in any stores so ended up buying our own coffee pot… so be prepared to bring your own things. The door locking device didn’t line up well and once it started raining we sometimes couldn’t even lock the house. Then the batteries on the lock died but the local manager was responsive and helpful to get us in. The cherry on top was when the handrail broke as I was walking downstairs in the middle of the night causing me to fall down a flight of stairs. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
