Features:

Ideal Location: Close to Weirs Beach, snowmobile/ATV trails, White Mountain National Forest, and the seacoast.
Fully Equipped: Enjoy a full kitchen with cookware and major appliances.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Queen main bedroom with attached bath, guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa in the main living area.

Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, linens, towels, tennis courts, seasonal outdoor pool, children's play area, grills, and on-site laundry facilities (parking available for trailers).

Important Notes: Stairs required for entry, not handicapped accessible. Age 21+ to book, photo ID required at check-in. Refundable damage deposit of $200 and $50 cancellation fee apply.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy

Disappointed

We have stayed at this location previously and what a difference. Extremely disappointed, we barely had enough hot water for 1 person that lasted no more than 3-5 minutes. The pictures were beyond deceiving. Spoke to management and was told “that’s too bad” would not recommend nor would we ever rebook with this company/resort. We had dogs next to us that constantly barked, per per website was stated they are not allowed. Condo had an odor, beds were very uncomfortable. Complete waste of money.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
