About the host

Host profile image
Hi, I'm Holly. I live in Fayetteville, AR and work in residential real estate. Houses are my passion, day and night. I have several of my own rental properties, a couple of which I have listed on Airbnb. As a host, I’m passionate about creating clean and beautiful places to share with others as they travel, and I work hard to create a seamless experience for them. Outside of my work I love to travel, with a goal of visiting all of the delightfully weird places that the world has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our family has enjoyed the farm for four generations and we can't wait to share it with you. Please have a relaxing and rejuvenating time while you are here.

The 70 acres that surround the farmhouse are what remains of the original Whitaker homestead. In the late 80s, much of the family had left the area and the family farm was sold. This past year, over 30 years later, we bought it back to help bring new life into the old farm and ensure that it can be enjoyed by family, friends, and guests like you.

Your visit helps us bring that vision to life and we sincerely thank you. Please, feel free to pick an apple from the apple trees, roast s’mores by the firepit, and take in all the serenity that the mountain has to offer.

In the area to experience the Buffalo National River? A quick drive down the mountain has you close to multiple river outfitters who can shuttle you to the best kayaking, rafting, and canoeing that Arkansas has to offer. Not to mention swimming holes, fishing, and ziplines.
