Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside.

As you go up the steps and enter this charming beach home, you will instantly fall in love when you open the door. The first floor has a relaxing living space with a smart, flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Open the sliding doors and watch your children splash and play in the community pool while lounging on the balcony outside with friends and family! The kitchen has a beautiful deep-sea blue back splash, gorgeous countertops and is equipped with everything you need! There is also a full bathroom on the first floor as well.

As you go up the stairs, you will find the two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. The first bedroom has a luxurious queen bed with 1 bunk bed ( 2 twins) and a convenient sink. This bedroom also has a smart TV. There are two TV's in the rental and neither has cable. Don't forget to rest and unwind on the connected balcony that has views of the community pool!

The second bedroom has another brand new king bed and connected balcony. So kick your feet up and relax! Your dream vacation rental awaits!

Blue mountain stay

Stayed at this location for spring break. Although everything on the inside is updated, you could tell there were structural issues. Floors did not feel level and outside of building is dated. That would have all been fine but one night I found a flea in my bed. Not acceptable to me. In addition when we first arrived there was a cockroach that greeted us on the stairs. Will not return.

Perfect Oasis

We love staying in this area and will for sure be back to this property! Very clean with a well thought out layout of furniture and extra supplies. This our new spot to stay.

Wonderful property

We absolutely loved this place. Clean, updated, new and nice appliances and dishes, nice furniture, excellent bathrooms. It was everything we hoped and more. We cannot rate it high enough.
