The soft sand of Old Orchard Beach is mere steps from this one-bedroom coastal retreat, where you'll be a quick stroll from the Old Orchard Beach Pier, Palace Playland, and the town's famous Thursday night fireworks.

This home occupies the ground floor of a building that's shared with one other apartment upstairs. You'll be supplied with all sorts of gear - a wagon, two body boards, a seven-foot beach umbrella, chairs, ice chests, pails and shovels, balls, and a frisbee - to bring with you to the beach each morning. And there's a sheltered yard (shared with the upstairs tenants) with a gas grill, an outdoor dining set, and a peek of an ocean view awaiting your return in the afternoons.

Inside, the apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, offering a living area, a dining space, and a kitchen that open to each other. Sip your coffee at the butcher-block breakfast bar each morning, play board games at the dining room table at night, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV. When it's time to turn in, the primary bedroom has its own TV, the living room includes two futons, and the tiled bathroom provides a new sink basin and cabinet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
