About this property

Modern air-conditioned attached villa of 140 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for 6 people. The villa is completely ground floor, and equipped with all conveniences, such as electric shutters and ample parking that is shared with the villa of the neighbours. The villa has no insight. The master bedroom has a bed of 160 x 200 cm with a bathroom with shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and 1 with a bed of 140 x 200 cm share a bathroom with a shower, next to the guest toilet. In the spacious garden is the heated pool of 9 x 4 x 1.30.There is also a table tennis table and a BBQ, and a covered terrace with an electric awning. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a Philips Senseo coffee machine and an ice maker. A wonderful villa for a carefree holiday in Fréjus, a short distance from Saint-Raphael and Sainte-Aygulf.

Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
