About this property

The Landal Mont Royal holiday park is situated on a terraced plateau high above the 1,000-year-old wine town of Kröv. The 185 bungalows are a starting point for walks through the vineyards, wine cellar visits and wine tasting. The area is also very appealing for cycling enthusiasts. After excursions along the Moselle with its castles and palaces, such as Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues, the park offers an indoor swimming pool as well as other relaxation opportunities. The park also boasts a mini golf course, restaurant and wine shop.

Luxury 12-person bungalow, Stand-alone lodge, two storeys, smoke-free, in some accommodations pets are allowed, six bedrooms, three bathrooms.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wohldurchdachtes Konzept mit gutem Management, sehr sauber und die notwendige Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist großartig.

Bis auf ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten eine gelungene Woche.

Lage und technisch war das Haus o.k. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig z.B Spinnenfäden an Decken und Lampen, Spülmaschine komplett Verkalkt. Kühl und Gefrierschrank sollten einige Stunden vorher vom Personal eingeschaltet werden damit mitgebrachte Speisen ohne Unterbrechung der Kühlkette weiter gelagert werden kann.

Es könnte tipptopp sein, aber

Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr bemühtes Personal, jedoch lies die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es sollte klar gestellt werden, dass man ein Haus bucht, das auch für Hunde zugänglich ist. Es waren überall Hundehaare zu finden und es roch streng nach Hund. Der Wasserdruck war so niedrig, dass nur je einer duschen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter veranlassten sofort eine erneute Reinigung und wir wurden zu einem Abendessen eingeladen während unser Haus nachgereinigt wurde. Jedoch wurden nicht alle Sauberkeitsmängel behoben. Sehr schade für diesen Preis. Die Umgebung ist klasse! Es gibt viel zu unternehmen und zu sehen. Für Familien ist auch der Spielplatz und die Minigolfanlage toll.
