About this property

Brand new listing! Relax with the whole family at this very peaceful place of paradise. Located on the fingers of the bay with your own private boat dock. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will accommodate up to 8 guest max. Spacious living and dining areas, plus a den for more room. The master bedroom has a King sized, 2 Queen beds and a set of bunk beds. There is also extra sleeping room in the den. The Las Marinas complex has a large outdoor pool, hot tub and and dining area. There is also an elevator and private parking. This condo is on the 2nd level with perfect views of the bay and nightly sunsets. Only a few minute walk to the beach.

**** Wristband Fees: Guest are charged $10.00 per person during low seasons for use of condo facilities; outdoor pool, hot tub, recreational areas; pier fishing, boat docks. During the months of March, Easter week and summer the wristband fee is $25 per person.
