This beautiful property was renovated, designed, and implemented by the owner of the property who is an artist and musician. He turned this home into a labor of love for two years and remodeled this property, as well as build all the furniture custom for the house.

The Asian themed Master Bedroom features a black walnut California King sized bed with a faux fireplace adjacent on the wall. The Master sitting area includes a mid century modern sofa, custom mahogany wooden table, and a 42” TV on a swivel mount with a premium sound system. There are french doors that lead outside to your own private patio with custom asian ralling.

The Luxurious salon bathroom has bamboo/purple heart with two bowl sink and light up mirrors, and light up bidet.
The bathroom also features a black and white clawfoot tub with vintage body sprayer. The tub sits in front of a tile and marble mosaic wall.

As you walk through the custom shower you enter the Finnish cedar wet/dry sauna which is capable of temperatures of 170F, there is a skylight for natural light above the sauna and a wall mounted TV you can view from inside. The sauna seats 4 comfortably.

The remainder of the salon bath is a walk-in closet space constructed of black walnut, white ash, and bolivian rosewood. There is plenty of room to unpack your bag and stow away your suitcase. There is a floor mounted digital safe in this area.


There is an office space with an apple desktop and printer for any work related needs. The office also has come light workout equipment including two yoga matts, kettlebells and dum bells.

This kitchen is fully stocked with pods, pans and seasoning for all your indoor or grilling cooking needs. The cabinetry is black walnut with concrete countertops, a 36” chef sink, and six top gas range with vent hood.

The bar area has a 120 can capacity mini fridge.
The den has a sprintz queen sleeper sofa and 60” TV with soundbar.

The outdoor area features two deck areas, one of them has a roof with outdoor furniture, fireplace, and two area heaters.
