About this property

Experience a sense of understated quiet luxury in this 2 bedroom villa located just a few minutes from the Miami Design District. Charming architectural details and thoughtfully curated vintage pieces throughout lend to the atmospheric zen of this space.
The space
We renovated this 1940s home fusing it's original country-style aesthetic with minimal and modern touches inspired by elements of nature.

The home features a living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a separate vanity, washer/dryer, a front and back yard, one private parking spot and plenty of street parking.

The large tree in the yard produces delicious avocados that can be enjoyed by our guests.

Cozy & Beautifully interior designed home !

Valeska was literally an amazing Host! When I booked, I had the intention of throwing an intimate wedding party here of 35 people. Its hard to find a place that is beautiful and allows events but La Maison Leaf really checked it all off the list for us. Valeska was extremely communicative and even let me come 2 months prior to look at the home and feel it out. The best part yet was the ability to stay there after and really just soak up the gorgeous home. La Maison Leaf will always been in our hearts & it is the location of my wedding Thank you Valeska for everything.

Great location in safe neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed the space and location of the property. The area was safe for walking, running & exploring. On my next trip, I'd leave the dogs home - while the owner is dog friendly & very accommodating, the area does not offer many green sides to walk your dog. Also, bring your bike to run errands for quicker access & better parking. We loved our stay here & would recommend it to anyone to rent from Valeska.

Beautiful Cozy Modern Home

I highly recommend this beautiful cozy modern home. It is a hidden gem in the vicinity of a variety of cultural experiences. As an Artist, I appreciate the exquisite attention to architectural and interior design details. Valeska, the owner and host, is kind and accommodating. Five stars easy.
