Holiday Oasis -5 minutes to Beach and boat ramp; pets welcome

Townhome, both units owned by us. 2 bedroom. One master with queen bed and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with 2 full/double beds and spacious closet. Walking distance to beach, around 0.3 miles and same distance to boat ramp. Deep water public access boat ramps in neighborhood. Free parking for 2 cars. Fenced yard. Fully stocked kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating as well as a grill.
We do allow pets. Please keep pets off furniture and beds unless you bring covers to protect furniture and beds with you during your stay. There is a daily pet fee of $20/day for up to 2 pets.
There is a beach wagon with beach toys and chairs for guests to enjoy

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No climbing on railing of stairs or balcony. No sitting or climbing on countertop in Kitchen.
Please do not adjust thermostat under 65 degree Fahrenheit as this will freeze the unit. No air conditioning in Florida is not comfortable.
Only flush waste and toilet paper in toilet. The home has a septic tank
