The ground floor enjoys open living with a new kitchen and spacious, light-filled living and dining area with AC and Wi-Fi throughout the property. This open living area leads out onto a large covered private terrace and small garden. It is the perfect place to listen to the birds and watch for lizards darting about in the morning with a coffee, or having sundowners listening to the tropical evening sounds. The bedrooms are havens of cool and comfort with bags of storage space. The Master bedroom enjoys a private balcony overlooking the gardens.

Construction Note:
We have received notice of ongoing construction near the 101 block. The project involves the new entrance to Jolly Harbour. This work which will consist of removing some of the existing concrete road, realignment work as well as new concrete to curbs and road etc. Additionally, new pickleball and tennis courts are being constructed just adjacent to Epi building.

We are expecting the entrance road to be completed by September and the pickle ball/tennis courts to be completed by end of July. Unfortunately, there will be some construction noise during this period during the hours of 8am-5pm (Monday - Saturday). We are doing our best to work with the contractors and hope the impact will be as minimal as possible.
