This property is a luxuriously equipped villa with a large pool in a small village Salvela, not far from the town of Vodnjan, right between Pula and Rovinj, which you can reach in just 15 minutes by car. The villa is very accessible (just one minute from the main road), but in a private complex full of peace and privacy. Around the house is a private garden with pool, olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. Relax and dive into a large swimming pool where even the youngest guests can dine in the shallow area for children. In addition, the youngest can have fun on a trampoline in the garden or take a look at the playroom in the basement of the house. In your own playroom you can play billiards, table tennis and table soccer for as long as you like. The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor of the house you enter a modern and spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have access to a beautiful large balcony with a table and chairs suitable for outdoor dining. From the balcony you can enjoy the open sea view to the Brijuni islands. If you want to spend time outside the villa, we recommend you to visit nearby Fažana or Peroj, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes drive away. Final cleaning in the amount of 250 euros is not included in the price below and will be paid to the owner on the spot upon arrival.
