Plan a trip to fish and boat on the Sabine River/tip of Toledo Bend area! This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped and ready for short-term visits. Plenty of beds to sleep a family of 6 or 3-4 adults comfortably. We have a full, spacious kitchen and have provided you with your basic necessities.
Come relax, unplug and unwind at our property. It is very near the world famous fishing waterway, Toledo Bend. With a nearby public boat ramp, you can bring your boat and launch whenever you are ready for a weekend fishing trip. If you enjoy kayaking, the tip of Toledo Bend is a perfect spot to explore the Texas and Louisiana wildlife and scenery. It is 3-5 minutes from the Christmas lights and festivities of Joaquin and Logansport!
Our home is ready for you to come and enjoy. If you don’t like to cook, just a short 5 minute drive to the town of Joaquin or Logansport will offer several restaurants to enjoy. There is a nearby Brookshire Brothers Grocery Store, Subway, Whataburger, Bink’s Quick Stop 24/7 (sells hunting/fishing licenses and bait), El Ranchero and several other dining options.
Home has a strict outdoor ONLY smoking policy to accommodate all of our guests.
So take advantage of our Sabine River/tip of Toledo Bend getaway now!! Toledo Bend, one of the largest bass lakes in Texas, is only a 40 minute drive from the home. Antique shopping and other attractions are also available in the nearby town of Center Texas.

Annual fishing trip

Second year in a row to stay at this property, property has everything we needed to relax and cook. Convenient to town and very quiet area. Would definitely recommend this property as the hosts answered any questions but no issues to resolve as there weren't any during our stay!
