This beautiful villa with air conditioning (Pre Paid System) is located next to the Montaña Roja in the very well-kept and quiet complex "Los Alisios" in Playa Blanca.
Villa Fortuna is a modern and stylish house, furnished to the highest standard.
Enjoy carefree holidays in the beautiful landscaped garden and relax at your private, heated pool.
The environment of the villa is very quiet and peaceful, within a 15 minute walk you can reach various shops, bars and restaurants.

The spacious and light-filled living room has a new leather sofa, flat screen TV with international and local channels and free wifi and 2 large sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the garden and pool area.

Sun loungers and pool towels, as well as a beautiful table with chairs to relax, will sweeten your holiday.

The master bedroom also has direct access to the outside area. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and a directly connected bathroom.

The 2. Bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and offers a nice view over the pool area.

The main bathroom with its beautiful marble tiles is very spacious and has a walk-in family shower area.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, etc. makes the villa complete.

In addition to the kitchen you will find a supply room with washing machine, which also directly adjacent to the outdoor seating area including brick barbecue and sea views.

The pool heating is in the period from 01. November to 01. April inclusive.
If you want to heat the pool outside of this time, costs are € 50, - per week.

Externally the villa is perfect for anyone planning to spend long lazy days by the private heated pool. The area is quiet & peaceful. The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are a 20 minute stroll away, with the main shops, bars & restaurants being a five minute drive away.
The bright lounge with L-shaped leather sofa, flat screen TV with international channels including local channels and free Wi-Fi has patio doors leading to the pool area with loungers.
The beautiful master bedroom with double doors opening onto the pool terrace. Featuring double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom is a twin bedroom and is therefore overlooking the pool area. Featuring 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a spacious family shower room with marble suits.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto Coffeemaker, dishwasher & fridge / freezer is making the villa complete. Alfresco dining area with BBQ.
 
2 bedroom villa with private heated pool (sleeps max 4 people). Pool heating is included 1st of November -1st of April. Additional pool heating costs € 50 per week.
