It is located on the garden floor of our detached single-family dwelling house and is accessible via a staircase in the garden. A parking space for your car is created next to the residential building. Thanks to the beautiful hillside and local edge location, the sun-drenched vineyards of the Markgräflerland are right on the doorstep; the Rhine as well as Bad Bellingens center with thermal bath, Kurpark and railway connection to Freiburg and Basel (Switzerland) at your feet. Via a separate entrance you reach our modern furnished 2-room apartment with about 65 m² living space. Here you will find a vestibule with wardrobe and a cozy furnished living / dining area with a dining table, a sofa, a bookshelf and a wall unit with flat screen TV. From here you have access to the sun-drenched south-west garden terrace with a magnificent view of the Rhine valley to the Vosges. Relaxation and relaxation are guaranteed here. The adjacent to the living / dining area, adjoining bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both in the bedroom and in the living room, the large modern window fronts offer a light-filled sense of well-being.
