It's a Shore Thing is a tastefully decorated 3BR/2BA town home that features all the amenities of a home away from home. The ground level offers an open floor plan that is perfect for family gatherings and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there is also a gas grill for your use. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a king size bed, access to a full jack and jill bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a full-size washer and dryer in-case you need to do some laundry! The second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV in it. "It's a Shore Thing" is located in the Palms subdivision off of 15th St in Mexico Beach, just a half a mile from the sandy beach and emerald green waters of the gulf. This subdivision offers a community pool for your use. From the moment you arrive, you will wish that you could stay forever.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
