On the ground floor of the house is a 20 square meters large country-style furnished by large windows very bright kitchen with kitchenette and dining area The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with large freezer and a dishwasher. A double door leads directly into the garden with another seat and sunbeds. The kitchen and the ensuing bathroom with washer, dryer and bathtub provide a well-being climate through a floor heating. The large living room to the left of the entrance has a new internet-capable flat screen. In the cold season you can make yourself comfortable in front of the new stove. To the right of the entrance is the Upkammer with a large double bed. Here it is also possible to accommodate a cot for our little guests. A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor with a large studio. Here is another double bed, which can be converted into two single beds if required. Many roof windows, the old floor and the sloping roof make this room another highlight of the house. The room has no separate door in the hallway, but is not visible from below and separated from all other rooms by doors in the basement. If you want to spend your holiday in a holiday home with lots of light and a cozy atmosphere, then you will feel comfortable here. From the kitchen you have direct access to the sheltered southeast facing terrace. Here you can have a relaxed breakfast or barbecue, weather permitting. Next to it is a small lawn in southern exposure, where you can relax in good weather on 2 garden chairs. The garden is largely fenced.
