About this property

Dog/Family/Eco Friendly Home, Easy Walk to Frisco, Private Hot tub, Quiet Space

If you're looking for a mountain home that welcomes you the moment you lay eyes on it, surrounded by mountain pine and aspen trees yet conveniently located to any mountain activity you desire - this is the place for you! Short walk to Main St in Frisco, and easy access to I-70. Enjoy shopping at the numerous boutiques on Main Street, stop and relax at a local coffee house, enjoy great food at one of the many restaurants - all within walking distance. The home is located in a secluded, quiet, wooded setting yet centrally located to surrounding mountain towns (15 min to Breckenridge, 20 min to Keystone, 10 min to Cooper Mountain, 25 min to Vail/Beaver Creek) and easily accessed via bike trails, free bus shuttle or car. You feel at home as soon as you pull in the driveway. A warning, however - you may be tempted to stay right at home with a good book (as you relax in one of many comfy chairs) or for a long overdue soak in the hot tub while the remainder of your party ventures out to explore the vast natural Rocky Mountain beauty of Summit County.

Well stocked kitchen even for the finest of home chefs!

Garden Level (finished basement) is a great get-away for watching a movie, playing games, enjoying a beverage of your choice all while enjoying the warmth of a gas pot belly stove. Bunk Room awesome for kids and plenty of games to choose from.

Back yard is fenced in, good for canine guests (in the non-snow months) and for kids to play.

Home is protected for security reasons by the following video cameras, visible and in public locations:
1. Ring Video Doorbell located by Front Door.
2. Ring Interior Camera located in Garage, showing both garage doors.

Awesome Location & Comfortable Home

Our reservation was for 2 adults. The home was located perfectly for all the trails and to Main Street. Main Street was a short walk or very short bike ride. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need; sleds, dog beds, dog kennel, baby gates and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable and every room has a great tv. The separate living areas work great for larger parties. The backyard has a fenced area for pets that was perfect for a miniature Bernese Mountain dog; no large holes in the fencing. We enjoyed the hot tub after biking all day. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip at this home.

Best house in Frisco!

This property surpassed all our expectations. Its roomy, well appointed, has everything you could possibly dream of needing, and lot of extras! The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, they heat with solar, have lots of green practices in the house including composting! We absolutely loved our stay. The main floor master has heated floors in the bathroom. The hot tub was practically new, It could sleep many more than is listed, they even have a conversion kit in the downstairs bunk room for the 2 twin beds to become a king. We went for a family ski vacation. Frisco is very central for all the resorts, plenty of shopping and restraints. Would stay here. every time!

Home away from home

We felt at home being able to enjoy visits from friends and family. Skiing at Vail, Breck, and Keystone was wonderful and having our son come with his mostly well behaved dog was grand. The visit by a moose was a real treat but created some loud barks! The garage was fabulous. Thank you!

A great getaway location!

Our family enjoyed our week at OFH. It was a spacious and wonderfully appointed house. So very comfortable and great location…secluded but also close to everything you’d need or want. The hot tub was enjoyed most every evening after a full day of activities! Becky checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent property!

Wonderful getaway for social distancing (and more)

There are so many wonderful things about this home. Location: a quiet, established neighborhood with lots of space to enjoy all the beauty Frisco has to offer in addition to being so close to town Spacious: lots of room for mom and two teenage boys who were able to hook up their x-boxes, enjoy the huge hot tub and spread out. Mom could escape to the master with a fireplace and the spa-like bathroom with a radiant heated floor (my favorite part). I could envision doing yoga in there. Cleanliness: they really pride themselves on this. Not a worry at all, everything was disinfected, bright and shining. There are pet sheets, everything is labeled and organized - truly amazing! Responsiveness: Rebecca is awesome, quick to respond and obviously has a lot of pride in this family home. Pet-friendly: My dog loved the fenced-in yard, there were pet supplies and toys, an extra crate (we brought our own) and a quiet neighborhood with no crowds to walk and explore. Well-equipped kitchen: I made Thanksgiving dinner and I had everything I needed to make a giant dinner - one of my favorite things is a well stocked pantry - and that's what we had. We made cookies, pizza, breakfast - who needs restaurants - but there are plenty nearby. We loved our 4 night stay. So relaxing and we hope to be back.

Wonderful home away from home

This was the third time we have stayed at Our Frisco House for an extended stay. The home is always clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of space to accommodate our visitors. Our dogs love the fenced in backyard. The location is great with easy access to the bike path and a couple of hiking trails. It is only a short walk to downtown Frisco. Becky, the owner’s sister and guest resource officer, is great to work with. We already have plans to stay here again in 2020.

Absolutely fantastic house in a great location.

The house is beautiful. Fully equipped, ready for you to unpack, relax and enjoy. Need slippers? Check the slipper basket. Forgot your cap and gloves? A nice selection from which to borrow. The kitchen? All manner of pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, spices and other necessities. Plenty of space to spread out. The downstairs area is practically a house unto itself. I highly recommend Our Frisco House.

Great location, cozy house

We rented this home for a ski weekend, with a total of 3 families (6 adults, 6 children with ages ranging from 6 months to 6 years old). It is very spacious, with three bedrooms each with a king-size bed, as well as a finished basement with a living area, small kitchenette, and bedroom with 2 full-size bunks and 2 twin beds--perfect for the adults and kids to have their own space, but not so spread out that we felt far away from each other. The kitchen table is large, and the kitchen is well-stocked with both extras (spices, oil, etc.) and appliances galore (Keurig, regular coffee maker, as well as just about any utensil or cookware you'd ever need). Bathrooms have heating fans--amazing!! The hot tub was great, large enough for multiple adults with the kids too. Cable, wifi, and ability to stream Netflix through the TVs kept us entertained in the cold evenings. Frisco is a perfect location for the ski resorts of Summit County, and is a great mountain town with many food and shopping options. Would absolutely recommend OFH--the manager Becky was wonderful and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly, and we are hoping to stay again in the summertime to take advantage of warmer months in the mountains in this great house.

You’ll want to stay forever!

What an amazing home! 5 adults, 6 kids and room to spare. The master bedroom feels like an oasis with the king bed, fireplace, door to the hot tub, and tv. The kids room in the basement is a parent’s dream! The cousins had the best time and made the sweetest memories. You can feel the love pouring through the walls of many happy memories made in that house. The best part of OFH is the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Everything is organized exactly the way a guest would want it. You will not have needs in this house. Want a fork? it’s in the first drawer you’ll look. Forgot a spice for a recipe? It’s stocked. Runny nose? Tissue boxes on every table. Towels upon towels upon towels. Spare blankets, extra hats and mittens, and mountains of extra rolls of toilet paper. You’ll be so happy you stayed at this wonderful house. I hope you’re stay is as amazing as ours was!

Perfect house for us.

This house was a wonderful find for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 10 of us to stay. It's in a wonderful position in Frisco, close enough to walk to town but still with a quiet and secluded feeling. Everything is exceptionally well organized at the house and you will find anything you need to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the lovely large windows looking out onto a snowy landscape. Becky was a fantastic host, even returning an earring I lost to our house in Denver. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Huge house, great beds, 3 full baths, the views!

This is the 7th visit to our home away from home and the new wood floors, new master suite bed, new front porch deck, new mud room closet, new sliding door leading to the huge hot tub OH MY! There are bikes to use, world class skiing and fishing, the views are to die for and this house is perfect for one family or two. Best fire place ever!!! So close to town and yet so quite, everyone is out walking and there are two hiking trails just minutes away. Can't wait to return.
