The spacious, updated interior features an open main-floor layout with a fully furnished loft living area complete with a wet bar and balcony. The main floor showcases a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a vaulted ceiling creating a light and bright living space. The full kitchen boasts beautiful countertops and a suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a walk-in pantry with an additional fridge, for convenient at-home meal planning. Anchored by a cozy wood stove, the living area features an array of armchairs and recliners for comfortable group gatherings. Head upstairs and grab a cold drink from the beverage fridge at the wet bar for happy hour out on the balcony or kick back on the sectional for family movie nights on the smart TV.

Home essentials include complimentary internet access, an enclosed oasis of a yard, and a private washer and dryer.

Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Guests must keep the gate closed. If they do not, it swings back open and blocks the street.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front of the home and an additional camera in the backyard. Audio/visual recording enabled.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
