This brand new modern villa is located in Privlaka, near the historic town of Nin, 13 km from the city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia.

Villa has 120 m2, 3bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room for two persons, and can accommodate a total of up to 8 people.

There is a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker). From the living room you come to a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue area. In the middle of the garden is a swimming pool that you will surely enjoy.

The house is air-conditioned and you can use Wi-Fi and satellite TV free of charge. The villa has 2 parking spaces in the yard. The nearest restaurant, shop, café and bakery are only 1 km away from the villa.

Das Objekt ist viel zu teuer für diese Lage !

Die Entfernung zum Strand und Restaurant entsprechen nicht den Angaben ! Die Küche war nur minimal Ausgestattet ! Die angrenzende Stasse ist sehr laut und viel Befahren ! Geweckt wurden wir täglich durch Hundegebell und krächzenden Hähnen ! Strände in der Umgebung lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig !!!
