All furnishings are BRAND new for your enjoyment. Sit back on the comfy oversized velvet sofa to enjoy the 55 inch smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime. Or cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy it at the dinning table for four. If not too hot (it is Texas!) head out to the patio for a drink. If it is hot, head to pool to cool down. There is also a tennis court!
