Modern Townhome Minutes from Disney - themed rooms!

Beautiful brand-new townhouse in Kissimmee, FL! Great location just a short drive from theme parks, golf, and more!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 7 people. The large U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with brand new Samsung appliances, and has everything you will need during your stay from a 5 cup coffee maker to a blender for frozen cocktails.

This house is also equipped with a brand new washer and dryer located on the second floor -- no lugging laundry up the stairs!

We provide some amenities like trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning supplies incase you have any spills. We do not provide shampoo or body wash.

The living room is large, open, and has comfortable seating for everyone and a 58" smart TV to watch. In fact, every bedroom is also equipped with a smart tv (Roku).

Relax on our outdoor patio that is located off the living room and has seating for you to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed (21" off ground) and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (19" off ground), and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (top bunk is a twin, bottom is a full) – and has a fun animal/jungle theme for both boys and girls to enjoy.

We also have a pack and play and high chair so little ones can sleep and eat comfortably.

Driveway is a 2 car driveway - no street parking is allowed by the HOA.

Renter must be 21 to rent this property. No parties. Sorry, no pets.

When you rent with us, you will be renting directly from a family run and managed property instead of a big, nameless investor. We really appreciate your business and supporting our family run vacation home!

Perfect for family vacation

This new modern contemporary style home was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and conveniently close to lots of restaurants and stores. Communication with the owner was easy and she provided lots of helpful information for our stay. The check in and check out process was excellent. Would highly recommend and stay here again! When you book with us, you are supporting our small family of 4 instead of some faceless, nameless investor who runs everything through a giant property management company. You will deal directly with us - the owners - and will receive quick responses and excellent customer service throughout your stay.

What makes this property unique

Many rentals in the Kissimmee area, do not supply more than 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 0 laundry detergent, etc. We have rented from the places and know how frustrating that is.

We provide all toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and dish washer detergent. We just ask that you don't take more than you need and to please message us if you notice any supplies getting low so we can send you a DoorDash order to re-stock during your stay.
