First thing we learned this is not a good area of Jamestown. After speaking with a friend who’s has contact with a Jamestown cop he advised us this was not a good location to stay. We messaged the host asking if we could cancel because of that over a month in advance. We received no response from the host until I asked again the night before. He said we could not cancel and because our stay was nonrefundable we decided we would go anyways and just use caution.
We arrived early and parked cars. There is a reason the outside of the house is not shown. We were still unsure about the location, but continued with our plans. We were out until about 9:30. When we returned the code we were given to enter would not work. We had three people try it took a video to document.
Meanwhile, we did not feel safe in the area. People were out watching us cars pulled up idling in front of the house and as I mentioned, this was not a great neighborhood. After multiple attempts and concern for our safety we left and went to a nearby hotel.
I cannot say what the inside is like, but based on our experience I would not stay here.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Scary
Located in Vrbo, the neighborhood was very sketchy, and there was no parking. Pictures are very deceiving, and I would not recommend this place.
Chris the property owner was great! Enjoyed our stay, nice peaceful property!!

Ok apartment rental for the Eclipse
Property is ok. Just needs updating and painting is unfinished. It was big enough and the bedrooms are nice. Bathroom is small and needs work. Parking was confusing
We visited on a very cold winter weekend. The apartment was freezing when we got there but we were soon able to warm it up and enjoy. Accidentally blew a fuse with the space heater and kitchen appliances but the owner took care of it right away. Ample street parking, short drive from downtown. Highly recommend the National Comedy Museum!
We loved everything about the home except it was freezing in the living room, the electric heat wasn’t enough. Bedroom was warm once we closed the door. But overall stay was very good.
The place was very clean, comfortable and the appliances/furniture were in good shape. I've stayed at much more expensive properties where you can tell they were doing things on the cheap. Pleasantly surprised at the decorations, beds and accommodations. Being nit picky, the neighborhood isn't great and the ceilings were peeling in some spots, but the rest was in good shape and very comfortable. Would stay here again.
Host was helpful in answering our questions about check-in. However, because of a major, unexpected snowstorm, we had to change our plans at the last minute and go south to avoid the weather, so didn't get to stay at this property. The host was not only understanding but encouraged us to stay safe, so promptly refunded the cost, which made us feel positive about this host and property! Note: To submit this review, the form requires us to use a rating scale to rate the property on qualities we don't have knowledge of because we never made it there, but we are giving the host the benefit of the doubt because he was very accommodating.

I loved this place. So quaint and cute. The kitchen was great with coffee amd tea options and the beds were so comfortable!
We never received the entry code which the owner thought had been sent via the VRBO app to we were stuck in an unknown neighborhood with no access to the code to get in. We had to go to a nearby motel.
The property owner called us at 12:45am to check in when he discovered we had not been able to access the lick box code. He has offered us a free nights stay in the future and a refund for the date we reserved
VRBO needs to get a better system with their VRBO app for owners to leave lockbox codes
Charming decor, very comfortable beds and very clean facility. Downside...no driveway so only onstreet parking on a crowded street. No closet or hangers.
My wife, daughter, and I stayed the night. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.
