The apartment is located on the ground floor and is divided into a spacious living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and partly covered garden terrace. All living rooms are equipped with satellite television. Parking is available directly at the house. Pet are allowed.

Near the beautiful natural sand beach Es Trenc, above the village of Sa Rapita, lies El Paraiso. A newly built and well maintained holiday development. Here you can relax and enjoy the best time of the year. The apartments are lovingly furnished. A partly covered sun terrace with private garden area is located in front of the apartments. A shade and garden behind it. The studio has a partly covered sun terrace. In the Mediterranean-style garden of over 1500 square meters, our guests will find the pool with terraces, secluded outdoor shower, a paddling pool, a generously designed barbecue area and a table tennis table. The complex is located very quiet on a residential street. Use of the tennis courts is possible.

Résidence très sympa au calme avec piscine. Plage un peu loin, c'est dommage.

Résidence très sympa et propre avec piscine. Logement bien équipé, manquerai une climatisation. Dommage que la mer soit loin et la plage encore plus loin. Il faut absolument une voiture tout les jours afin de profiter de la plage. Le propriétaire est vraiment agréable et serviable.
