About this property

The house is idyllically located directly on the largest fresh water lake behind the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean, on the Lac de Cazeaux et sanguinet.
The lake is an excellent sailing and surfing area because of the favorable wind conditions, frequented by anglers due to the abundance of fish and a popular bathing area due to the warm water temperatures.

The house is detached in a nearly 2000 square meters of land with mature trees.

The house has a large living / dining room with open fireplace, a sleeping loft with double bed, a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with Kochceranfeld, washing and dishwasher, bathroom and toilet.

All rooms have electric heating, TV, radio and CD player.
Around the entire house is a surrounding Edelholzterasse, garden furniture are available.

In the village are all the shops, which are also within walking distance.

The location of the house is ideal both for relaxing on the large grounds under shady oak trees, cycling tours on the many bike paths, to trips to the nearby Atlantic Ocean (20min), excursions to Bordeaux and the wine regions or Arcachon

Jolie maison très bien située

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison/chalet. Il y a deux terrasses ce qui permet de profiter du soleil du matin jusqu’au soir. Le lac est à deux pas, très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Si vous recherchez le calme, les balades en vélo et le soleil n’hésitez pas !

Chalet en bois bord de lac agréable

Chalet en bois sous les Chênes le plus souvent à l l'ombre, bien quand il fait très chaud ! Proche du lac et d une petite plage avec un snack et aussi de la piste cyclable donc un peu bruyant en pleine saison ! Bien placé quand même ! Précision il n y a pas de micro ondes et de wifi. La télé est bien dans la grande chambre. Et manque un peu de couverts pour le lave-vaisselle ! Lit 160 confortable avec que des couettes 1 place. Pas de drap de bain que des serviettes de toilette. Manquerait un peu d entretien du bois dommage !
