Erindale is an historical neighbourhood located within the central part of the city of Mississauga, west of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. There are many attractions nearby, here are some that we enjoy:
Parks: Woodland Park is across the street at a 10 minute walk. The park has a large track field for running and roller blading. Basketball nets, children's playground and three tennis courts open to public. At less than a 10 minute drive there is Erindale park which is ideal for picnics.
If you are looking for a nice hike, no better place to go than Riverwood park which is at less than a 8 minutes drive.
Bubble tea: Coco bubble tea is at a 4 min drive in the China Market plaza 1177 Central Parkway west. We enjoy the 'Taro Chiller with Tapioca' and the 'Three Guys Milktea Tapioca'
Squareone shopping mall at a 10 min drive. Mall offers all top brands and hundreds of apparel and other stores. Not to mention top of the line restaurants including fine dining such as Reds, Moxies, Earls which can all be visited for dinner and drinks.
Rec room is at a 8 minutes drive to enjoy arcade and video games, axe throwing, pool, ping pong, etc. There is also an indoor trampoline gymnasium at a 5 minute drive called SkyZone.
Countless food options, in particular lots of ethnic food you do not want to miss out on. Some of these 'hole in the wall' restaurants close by are Bao Shin which is a hakka food restaurant. We enjoy Shanghai Noodles and Chilli fish there. There is also a great Ramen restaurant called Kamen at Burnhamthorpe and Mavis (7 minute drive). However, I would anticipate a line up if you plan on going there for dinner!
