About this property

You'll feel right at home with this spacious and welcoming cul-de-sac home. There is plenty of parking for all of your favorite Havasu toys including boats, RV's, 4 wheelers, jet skis etc... There is even a pull through spot to park so you don't have to unhook your trailer! It's only 7 minutes away from London Bridge, you can even see a peak of the water from the property! Inside there is a full kitchen, dining room, large living room with an 85" TV! Every bedroom includes a TV with Roku and access to Hulu+ and Disney+. In the game room/bedroom there is a game console hooked up to the TV and a stand alone Simpsons arcade game! Outside there is a full table and couch to sit and relax and enjoy your time at our happy place.
