It is located in a very secure and quiet area, with approx. 600 meters distance to the beaches of Akarca and 2 km distance to the beaches of Sigacik.
The center of Seferihisar, Sigacik and Teos can be reached by car in 10 minutes. In Sigacik, in the cute historical city with a big marina, you can find many touristic highlights such as diving and surf courses, the traditional bazaar that takes place every weekend and much more ...
Izmir city center and the airport can be reached by bus or car within 45 minutes.

The 3rd bedroom can be used as a guest room because there is a large extendable couch and a matching pouf. Two persons can sleep on this sofa bed. Furthermore, there is a drawer cabinet to store various things.
In the large bathroom you can find the washing machine, a clothes horse, laundry basket, slippers, hair dryer etc.
