With our well-equipped, located in a quiet private road apartment, we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Due to the direct proximity of the Ruhrtalradweg and the directly located supermarket, it is the first address for cycle tourists of all ages.

You travel by bike? For you a bicycle garage is available in which you can load your electric bikes. Bicycle tool, air pump, etc. is at hand.
Motorists park directly at the house in their own parking lot. From October there is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

The 83 sqm apartment impresses with its modern and cozy furnishings. With 42 "LED TV and cable connection, high-speed Internet 130Mbit / s and free Wi-Fi, the living room is certainly the focal point of the apartment. From here, you step on the sunny balcony, which is used for breakfast with balcony furniture and an awning even on hot summer days. Or you sat down at the spacious dining table. Two children's chairs are available for your children.

The kitchen offers everything you need for larger cooking projects. Groceries can be found within a 2-minute walk from the supermarket. Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, various coffee machines, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle ... There is nothing missing.

The cozy bedrooms are not for early risers. Cuddling and lying is our recommendation. In wardrobe and chest of drawers your clothes will find enough space. Of course you will get fresh bed linen from us.

The bathroom is functional and modern. Towels and bath towels are sufficiently available. Take the time for a hot bath if the weather does not play along.

The apartment was completely renovated from July to August 2019. We warmly welcome you.
