The dining area seats 6-8, and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. A BBQ grill on the adjacent patio is perfect for cooking up delicious meals.

Master Suites: The upper level boasts 2 master suites with King beds and en-suite baths. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, TVs, and private balconies with mountain views.

Lower Level Comfort: The lower level features a TV room with a sofa sleeper and an adjacent wet bar. Two bedrooms, each with en-suite baths and TVs, offer a queen bed and a full-size bunk with a single on top. A full-size washer and dryer add to your convenience.

Fantastic!

Wonderful location. Easy walking distance with gear to Park City Mountain Resort base. Great house set up for two families. Communication was fast. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Great place. Great location

Stayed here over New Year’s. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Few minutes walk to PCMR - just across the street and a parking lot. Nice interior w/ great private hot tub. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Short walk to downtown, but we preferred short uber rides since we had some small kids, it was pretty cold at night, and we didn’t want to worry about parking. Highly recommend.

Family Ski Trip

The host was fantastic and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Plenty of space and amenities for a family of six. Location is a short walk to Park City lifts and right on the bus line to Deer Valley.
