Enjoy the Baltic Sea view from your own sofa and let the seagulls wake you up in the morning. More sea is barely ..... and the best: let your loved ones participate in it, because on a floor space of almost 130m², this beautiful holiday home has enough space for six people. A large living and dining area with integrated kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and three flat screen TVs make this apartment a popular and attractive vacation home. A beautiful fireplace, free Wi-Fi and a lift convince the discerning guest in addition. For "sniffing" it goes on the narrow exit. The car can be parked in the underground car park (use included in the rental price).

Living and cooking
The heart of the apartment is the large living room, from which you have different windows overlooking the Baltic Sea. A cozy sitting area invites you to dream and linger. The beautiful gas fireplace adds extra atmosphere. With so much romance, the large flat screen TV ever gets into the background ..... In the country house kitchen with a small counter, cooking is also fun on holiday. A lot of work space and a large dining table make it possible to conjure up the "perfect holiday dinner" here. The Villa Undine is located directly on the beach promenade of Ahlbeck. The fine sandy beach is thus in the shortest distance, as well as restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Shops, a bank and pharmacy are also nearby and therefore within walking distance.

Two large and equivalent bedrooms are available, each with two double beds, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. In combination with the two bathrooms, this apartment is therefore also ideal for four adults. Two additional guests can spend the night on the sofa bed in the living room.

Description of the bathroom:

Two full baths are available to guests: one has a shower, tub and toilet - the second has a shower and toilet. A towel rail radiator and a floor heating are additional features worth mentioning. Especially practical: the flat shower entry in one of the bathrooms.
