This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath is a monthly rental located in a small, quiet neighborhood only minutes away from I-35 and Historic Gruene. Enjoy local tourist attractions just minutes away! These include Gruene Hall, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn water park, Canyon Lake, Creekside Shopping area, and more! Jump on I-35 to easily access San Antonio to the South or San Marcos/Buda/Austin to the North. Close proximity to Randolph Air Force Base.

Built in December 2020, this home includes stainless kitchen appliances, tile/laminate flooring, and granite countertops. The master bedroom is furnished with large king bed, smart TV, private master bath, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom includes a full sized bed with separate bathroom. The kitchen is equipped a gas stove, along with all needed appliances and cookware.

Kyle (property owner) was quick to respond to my inquires, helped to ensure that we had a nice stay.

The property was well maintained. Only suggestion would be to ensure that home is well dusted prior to guest arrival. Also, Texas and BBQ go hand in hand, ensure that the gas grill is cleaned for guest use if desired. The property was well supplied with kitchen. laundry and hygiene products. Would be a great rental incentive if guest were provided access to the neighborhood community pool center. Overall, my spouse and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. Kyle was a great host!
