"Las Canteras con Alma" offers one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room, with its large windows overlooking the harbour of Las Palmas. It has recently been refurbished (January 2024) with the best qualities and it is fully equipped. It offers one kitchen open to the living and dining room as well as one modern bathroom.
It includes a washing machine, a Smart-Tv, wifi as well as an environmentally friendly aerothermal heating and cooling system.
The roof terrace is communal and has hammocks that you can use at any time during your stay.
Situated only 50 metres from Las Canteras beach, one of the best urban beaches in Europe, where you can bathe all year around due to the pleasant temperatures. The beach offers several sport activities.
Very central location and well communicated. Shopping areas, first-class gastronomy, banks, beach, leisure, culture, etc, everything is just a few minutes walk away.
